Bospar celebrated for its excellent culture for innovation in 2023, including investment, company-wide programs and processes, and workplace culture with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
SAN FRANCISCO – July 12, 2023 – Bospar, the “politely pushy” PR and marketing firm that puts tech companies on the map, today announced it was named a finalist in the small companies and advertising, marketing and communications categories for Fast Company’s fifth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list.
For the fifth year, Fast Company, in collaboration with Accenture, recognized more than 100 organizations for their cultures of innovation in 2023. Nearly 1,000 companies applied to Best Workplaces for Innovators by including an example of internal innovation and responses to questions regarding investment, company-wide programs and processes, and workplace culture emphasizing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
“We are delighted to receive this recognition in Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators list for our culture of innovation, emphasizing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives,” said Curtis Sparrer, a Bospar co-founder and principal. “Bospar actively supports and works with LGBTQIA+ organizations including SF Pride, and we help create a more diverse tech industry through our DEI Task Force, work with Karat’s Brilliant Black Minds program and with recruiting channels like historically Black colleges and universities. Thanks to all at Bospar for driving and supporting the culture of innovation and DEI that helps us achieve recognition and amazing results for our innovative clients!”
So far this year, Bospar won nearly 20 awards for its outstanding work, including five North American SABRE Awards and seven PRovoke SABRE innovation awards. Also, this year, Bospar is the only PR agency on Fortune’s America’s Most Innovative Companies list and is on the Financial Times list of Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies 2023.
