Navigating the SPAC Route to Nasdaq


Mount Sinai Health System-backed Sema4 was set to debut on the Nasdaq, raising $500M to “step on the gas” and accelerate the growth of its healthcare intelligence platform. Going public in a SPAC transaction meant kicking PR into high gear during a compressed time frame relative to a traditional IPO.
